At Autoplus Mart, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery area, shipping charges, order cut-off times, processing times, and estimated delivery times for orders placed through AutoPlusMart.com.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
At this time, our standard online shipping policy does not cover international deliveries outside the UAE.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Our current standard shipping rates are:
- Orders from AED 0.01 to AED 100.00: AED 15 shipping fee
- Orders of AED 100.01 and above: FREE shipping
Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders with an order value of more than AED 100.00.
No coupon or promotional code is required.
Please note that an order totaling exactly AED 100.00 is subject to the standard AED 15 shipping fee. Free shipping applies from AED 100.01 onwards.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is:
3:00 PM – Gulf Standard Time (GST), Dubai (GMT+4)
The cut-off time is used when determining the processing and estimated delivery schedule for your order. Orders received after the daily cut-off may begin processing on the next applicable fulfillment day.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within:
0–1 business day
Our fulfillment days are:
Monday to Saturday
Sundays and applicable public holidays are not counted as regular fulfillment days.
For example, an order received within the cut-off time may, depending on product availability and operational conditions, be prepared on the same day or the following fulfillment day.
Transit Time
Once an order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time within the UAE is:

For most UAE orders, our estimated total delivery time is:

This estimate combines our normal handling time and carrier transit time.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and are not a guaranteed delivery date. Occasionally, orders may take longer due to unusually high order volumes, product availability, courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Where tracking information is available for your shipment, it may be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are supplied by the delivery carrier and may occasionally take some time to appear after the shipment has been collected.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and other information required to complete delivery.
Please review your delivery details carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your delivery information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address or contact detail can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address.
If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient cannot be contacted, or access to the delivery location is restricted, additional delivery arrangements may be required.
Any delivery instructions provided with an order are passed on where reasonably possible but cannot always be guaranteed.

While we work to meet the delivery estimates stated above, delays may occasionally occur.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, or if you believe an item is missing from your shipment, please contact Autoplus Mart as soon as possible after delivery.
Please retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and any other materials associated with the delivery, as photographs or additional information may be required to investigate the issue with the delivery carrier.

Public Holidays & Peak Periods
Order processing and delivery may be affected during UAE public holidays, promotional campaigns, major sales events, or other periods of exceptionally high demand.
During these periods, processing or delivery may take longer than the standard estimates stated in this policy.
Changes to Shipping Rates or Delivery Times
Shipping rates, delivery areas, fulfillment schedules, cut-off times, and estimated delivery times may be updated from time to time.
The shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery information shown during checkout at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.
